Use the lending module to define loan products, prepare an application, review its supporting information, and authorize disbursement. A product supplies the starting configuration; an application records a customer's request; a loan account records the approved facility and its subsequent activity.
Application approval and disbursement approval are separate steps. An approved application creates an account awaiting disbursement. The loan becomes active through the disbursement authorization process.
Find Lending Functions#
Select Pinjaman in the main navigation. Master contains Produk Pinjaman, Otorisasi Produk Pinjaman, Template Jaminan, Jaminan, Notaris, Biaya Pinjaman, KJPP, and Pengaturan Pinjaman. Pengajuan dan Pencairan contains Pengajuan Pinjaman, Otorisasi Pengajuan Pinjaman, Otorisasi Pencairan Pinjaman, Rekening Pinjaman, and Simulasi Pinjaman.
The lending navigation observed on 21 October 2026. Office names and available menus depend on your institution and access.
Before You Begin#
Ensure that the customer has an authorized individual or corporate CIF and suitable savings accounts for disbursement and repayment. Confirm your current branch and cash-office context before creating an application: the creation form derives Kantor Cabang and Kantor Kas from that context.
Product administrators need access to product configuration and its authorization queue. Loan operators need access to applications and supporting records. Approvers need the corresponding application or disbursement authorization permission. The named officers on an application identify operational responsibility; selecting an officer does not itself grant that person access or approval authority.
Before making a product available, agree its interest, fees, repayment terms, and transaction/accounting templates with the bank's lending and finance teams. Values in dropdowns and the templates available for selection depend on the institution's configuration.
Create a Loan Product#
- Open Pinjaman → Produk Pinjaman under Master. Start Tambah Produk Pinjaman.
- Complete Konfigurasi Produk, including the product's identity, type, category, status, and description.
- In Konfigurasi Jumlah Pinjaman, select Rentang (minimum–maksimum) or Tetap (nominal tunggal). For a range, enter Batas Minimum and Batas Maksimum; for a fixed product, enter its single Nominal pinjaman.
- Complete the interest and repayment configuration described below.
- Set grace-period and overdue-penalty rules, then add the applicable fees.
- In Konfigurasi Template Transaksi, select the templates required for the product's operational events. Have finance review these selections before authorization.
- Select Tambah, review the confirmation, and confirm the submission.
- Have an authorized reviewer open Otorisasi Produk Pinjaman, compare the proposed configuration, and accept or reject it. Verify the resulting product status before using it for an application.
For an existing product, open its edit action, make the changes, and select Edit. Review changes through the product authorization flow. Existing loan contracts have their own recorded configuration; do not assume editing a product retrospectively changes every active account.
Interest and Repayment Configuration#
The interest calculation method determines the schedule's principal and interest allocation. The choices include Flat, Efektif, Anuitas, and Flat-Anuitas. Select the rate period as well as the numeric rate; a monthly and an annual value are not interchangeable.
The following settings must be considered together:
| Setting | What to Check |
|---|---|
| Interest rate and rate period | Confirm the agreed rate and its unit before comparing schedules. |
| Metode Pembayaran | Select the intended repayment pattern from the options supplied by the system. |
| Periode Pembayaran and Jumlah Angsuran | Check the interval and number of installments, rather than inferring the term from only one field. |
| Tanggal Jatuh Tempo | Confirm the due-day configuration where applicable. |
| Tipe Pembulatan | Check how the displayed schedule handles rounded amounts. |
| Pembulatan ke Pembayaran Terakhir? | Review the final installment when rounding remainders are assigned there. |
| Short Month Handling Type and Holiday Handling Type | Inspect the generated dates for short months and holidays. |
Use a simulation to verify the combined result. A plausible monthly installment alone is insufficient: also check the first and final dates, total principal, total interest, fees, and any residual amount.
Grace Periods, Penalties, and Fees#
In Konfigurasi Grace Period, select Tipe Grace Period and, when applicable, Durasi Grace Period (Angsuran). The available types include no grace period, pure grace period, and principal grace period. Review the generated schedule to confirm which components are deferred for the configured duration.
Overdue settings separately define a grace period for lateness, the penalty basis, and how penalties are collected. Penalty choices include a flat fee and percentages based on principal or outstanding amounts. A repayment grace period and an overdue grace period serve different purposes; configure both deliberately.
Maintain reusable fee definitions in Pinjaman → Biaya Pinjaman before selecting them for a product or application. A fee definition records its code, transaction template, name, calculation type, amount, and application timing. The UI distinguishes fixed fees and percentages of disbursement, and timing such as deduction at disbursement, addition to installments, or collection at the final installment.
After adding fees under Konfigurasi Biaya, verify the simulation's net disbursement and repayment totals. Product principal, net cash credited to the customer, and the total amount repaid can differ because of these settings.
Review Loan-Module Settings#
Pengaturan Pinjaman contains settings shared by the lending module. These are separate from one product's contractual terms.
The values shown are an example of one institution's configuration. Use your bank's approved values.
- Open Pinjaman → Pengaturan Pinjaman.
- Under Konfigurasi Angsuran Berjalan, review Jumlah Hari Angsuran Pinjaman, which sets how many days ahead unpaid installments are displayed, and the Konfigurasi Autodebit switch. The switch records whether the automatic-debit background process is enabled.
- Change only the parameters covered by the bank's approved operating configuration. Confirm the expected display window and collection process with loan operations before changing a shared setting.
- Select Simpan, confirm Simpan Pengaturan Pinjaman, and reopen the page to verify the recorded values.
If CBS displays Data Tidak Ditemukan or Gagal Memuat Data, resolve parameter availability or the loading error with the administrator before continuing. A saved automatic-debit setting is not a payment confirmation; verify actual collection results as described in Loan Servicing.
Maintain Lending Reference Information#
Collateral Templates and Collateral Records#
A collateral template defines the information collected for a kind of security. A collateral record identifies an actual asset or deposit. Linking that record to an application records its use for the proposed facility.
- Maintain the required template in Template Jaminan, including the fields needed by the bank for that asset type.
- Open Jaminan and select Tambah Jaminan.
- Select the source: Template Jaminan for a template-based asset, or Deposito for a pledged deposit.
- Enter Kode Jaminan and Nama Jaminan. Select the template or eligible deposit presented by the form.
- Save the initial record and complete its applicable details. Review ownership, valuation, legal information, appraisal, insurance, and the template-specific properties shown for that record.
- Search by collateral code to reopen the record and verify the saved information before attaching it to an application.
For a deposit-backed security, check the selected deposit and the owner's supporting authorization carefully. Do not substitute another deposit merely because the required account is absent from the eligible selection. Resolve the deposit's eligibility or status first. Deposit blocking at loan activation and subsequent release verification are covered in Loan Servicing.
Notaries, Appraisal Firms, Insurance, and Guarantors#
Use Notaris and KJPP under Pinjaman → Master to maintain the reference records required for legal and valuation information. Search before creating a record, complete its identifying information and status, save it, and verify that the intended record is selectable in the relevant loan or collateral form.
Appraisal information belongs with the collateral assessment. Insurance can cover the collateral or the borrower; check which section you are editing. Asuransi Jiwa in the application concerns life insurance. Penjamin identifies guarantors, including their identity and relationship to the borrower. Neither a guarantor entry nor an insurance entry replaces the collateral record.
The application's insurance and guarantor sections become available when viewing or updating a saved application. Save the initial application first, then return to complete these sections.
Record a Collateral Valuation and Insurance#
- Open the collateral record from Jaminan and use its edit action when a change is required.
- Under Penilaian Jaminan, open the add action. In Tambah Penilaian Jaminan, complete Tanggal Penilaian and Jenis Penilaian. Select KJPP or enter the applicable Nama Penilai and Unit Kerja fields shown for the assessment type.
- Under Data Penilaian, enter Nilai Pasar and the applicable Nilai Likuidasi, Nilai HT, and Nilai NJOP. Use the supporting valuation, not the requested loan amount, as the basis for these entries.
- Complete Pengikatan Jaminan, including the percentage and Jenis Pengikatan/Tipe Nilai Pengikatan fields as applicable. Select Tambah and verify the valuation record. For an existing valuation, review the changes and use Simpan Perubahan.
- In Asuransi, select the add action and complete Jenis Asuransi, Nama Asuransi, and Tanggal Jatuh Tempo as presented. Save and verify the insurance entry. When updating an existing entry, review its Status and the available status-change action.
- Review the collateral's Notaris and Paripasu settings and save any remaining permitted changes to the collateral record.
The application has its own collateral selection. When Paripasu is selected during attachment, review the chosen shared collateral and its existing facility associations before saving the link. A valuation update does not itself change the loan's approved principal or repayment schedule.
Simulate a Loan#
A simulation helps compare configured terms before an application or transaction. It does not create an approved facility or disburse money.
- Open Simulasi Pinjaman under Pinjaman.
- Select a product, or choose Tanpa produk (manual) for a standalone calculation.
- Enter Nilai Pinjaman and review the interest configuration, repayment method, interval, installment count, and due-date settings.
- Set any applicable grace period and fees. Use Tambah Konfigurasi Biaya when additional simulation fees are needed.
- Select Generate Simulasi Pinjaman.
- Review the result, including the installment schedule and cost totals. If the configuration changes, generate a fresh result.
An application also has a Simulasi tab. Use that tab to check the specific application after its saved configuration changes. The final active-account schedule should be checked again after disbursement authorization.
Create and Complete an Application#
Save the Initial Draft#
The initial application form before a customer or product is selected. Office fields reflect the current context; dependent amount, installment, and account controls are initially disabled.
- Open Pinjaman → Pengajuan Pinjaman and select Buat Pengajuan Baru.
- On Buat Pengajuan Pinjaman, verify Kantor Cabang and Kantor Kas.
- Choose Jenis CIF—Personal or Corporate—then select Akun CIF. Verify the customer's identity before continuing.
- Select Produk Pinjaman and enter Tujuan Pinjaman.
- Enter Jumlah Pinjaman and select Jumlah Angsuran from the options made available after selecting the product. A fixed-amount product locks the principal amount; a range-based product displays its minimum and maximum.
- Select Rekening Angsuran and Rekening Pencairan. The former supplies repayment funds; the latter receives disbursement. Confirm each independently even when they are the same account.
- Select Account Officer, Analyst Officer, and Collector Officer. Set Grace Period as appropriate to the agreed terms and review fees and Catatan.
- Select Simpan and confirm Simpan Pengajuan Pinjaman. Reopen the saved draft to complete the supporting information.
Changing the selected CIF during initial entry clears the account selections. Recheck both accounts after such a change. In the update form, the CIF and selected product are not freely replaceable; correct a mistaken initial choice through the bank's approved handling of the draft rather than assuming these identifiers can be edited later.
Complete the Saved Draft#
- Open the draft's Data Pinjaman tab. Complete Asuransi Jiwa and Penjamin where applicable.
- If an agreed exception to the inherited terms is required and permitted, use Edit Konfigurasi Pinjaman while the application remains Draft. Review the resulting calculation before saving.
- Open Jaminan, attach the required collateral records, and review each collateral's valuation, supporting information, and allocation to the application. For shared collateral, verify the pari passu information across affected facilities.
- Complete Sandi OJK if that tab is displayed for the application. Its appearance depends on configuration; entering these codes does not itself submit a regulatory report.
- Review Simulasi and save the changes with Ubah Pengajuan. This action updates the draft; it does not submit it for approval.
- Select Submit Pengajuan only after the saved data is complete. Review Submit Pengajuan Pinjaman, then select Submit.
The application changes from Draft to Diajukan and is ready for review. Use Histori Status to follow its progression. A disabled submission button can indicate unsaved changes; save and verify the draft before trying again.
Authorize an Application#
- Open Otorisasi Pengajuan Pinjaman and select the submitted application.
- On Detail Otorisasi Pengajuan Pinjaman, compare the customer, amount, terms, accounts, fees, collateral, insurance, guarantors, and required codes with the approved lending decision.
- Review the available authorization action and provide any required remarks. Accept the application only when the recorded terms are correct; otherwise reject it with a clear explanation.
- Reopen the application and check its status and history.
An accepted application is shown as Disetujui and produces the associated loan-account record. The account is initially Menunggu Pencairan. This step alone is not confirmation that the customer's account has received money.
Prepare Documents and Authorize Disbursement#
- Open Pinjaman → Rekening Pinjaman, select the account awaiting disbursement, and verify its facility number, approved principal, net disbursement, repayment account, and disbursement account.
- Where available, open Dokumen Penunjang. Use Generate Perjanjian Pinjaman, enter No. Perjanjian Pinjaman, and generate the agreement using the configured template.
- Review the generated agreement. Upload the signed document through the signed-contract area when required by the bank's process. The displayed upload limit is PDF, up to 10 MB per file. Verify that the stored document can be downloaded.
- The authorized reviewer opens Otorisasi Pencairan Pinjaman, then Detail Otorisasi Pencairan Pinjaman. Review the account, supporting documents, and disbursement instructions before accepting or rejecting.
- After successful acceptance, reopen the account and confirm Berjalan. Inspect Angsuran for the resulting schedule, Histori Status for the transition, and the receiving savings account for the actual credit.
Acceptance activates the loan, creates its installments, activates the linked collateral mappings, and initiates disbursement through the configured transaction template. Pledged deposits are blocked during this activation path. A missing transaction template or failed account operation is an exception to resolve, not a reason to presume disbursement succeeded. If an action returns an error, inspect account and transaction history before repeating it.
